One of our US-based client was looking for NFC technology-based solution to identify products using NFC Tags. Here the main aim of the client was to stick NFC Tags on Products and these tags were containing the full details related to the product including
Now anyone with an NFC-enabled smartphone can tap on the NFC tags and will be redirected to the product page using native NFC reading capabilities of NFC Compatible Android and iOS phones. This Product information was having three layers one for the Product Manufacturer or OEM, one for the Product Sponsors, and next for the end Customer. Now certain information can be updated only by the OEM or Sponsors and certain information can only be edited by the Customer.
In our solution, we created the entire end-to-end solution for the client which was having a frontend website for end Customer, NFC Tags encoding app, and Backend web portal for Admin management. Frontend website had an option for Customers to modify details of the products which will be shown on taping NFC Tags by Smartphone. OEM and Sponsors had their own portal to view and update assigned NFC tags, admin portal for Client to manage the system. For the End customers, there was an option on the frontend website to update the tag.
